York, Shambles & York Minister

Lovely stop at York, the last time I was there, I was 17! I remember gazing at the massive stained glass windows and I’m not sure I thought I’d ever be back! It was the first time I’d ever been to England, to study literature at the university. Incredible memories and totally surreal to indulge in some fudge, the Shambles, ripe plums, the Viking museum and York minster with the boys. It’s just as charming and pretty today, except amped up with lots of Harry Potter merchandise- when the boys asked which wand they should buy, Iggy Goh sarcastically suggested whatever magic one might get them into Harvard . We found a rare, modern-build apartment with parking, a mere 5 min walk along the old firmament walls into the city center, highly recommend to book directly with veteran Harry Dobson at https://kingsapartmentsyork.staydirectly.com/ for discounted rates- Hudson Quarter, York.
